A warranty that stays with your product

Installing, handling or using an Al-Hussaini product other than as instructed by Al-Hussaini Trading Establishment at the time of purchase prevents any claim under this warranty.

Al-Hussaini Trading Establishment may require a product to be emptied for inspection, repair or replacement. The cost of removing and storing the contents, if necessary, is borne by the purchaser.

Al-Hussaini Trading Establishment pays to transport a replaced or repaired tank back to the purchaser. The purchaser pays every other cost of a warranty claim, including transport to Al-Hussaini, installation, handling and storage of the contents, and disposal of any replaced product.

If Al-Hussaini asks, products installed in remote or inaccessible places may need to be returned to its premises, or to another place it names, at the purchaser's expense for inspection or repair.

To the extent the law permits, Al-Hussaini Trading Establishment's liability is limited to these warranty terms and conditions.
